John has owned and operated several successful businesses over the past 37 years and has been at the forefront of energy technology innovation for more than a decade. During his career, which encompassed both GEN and previously Energy Made Clean (EMC), he’s engineered more ‘first-of-class’ solutions for remote Australia than any other company.

John is on the board of the Kimberley Pilbara Cattlemen’s Association and the Broome Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and he’s an accredited Clean Energy Council on-grid designer and installer.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Vicki has 20 years’ experience as CFO, working across industries including energy, professional services, retail, and technology. Vicki has had an outstanding finance career and is experienced in building and growing businesses and running high performing finance departments.

Vicki is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales, a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a degree in Mathematics (with First Class Honours) from University College London.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Tom holds degrees in engineering and business management and has accumulated 18 years of experience in project delivery, particularly in managing large-scale solar, BESS construction projects across Australia and Papua New Guinea. As the Chief Operating Officer at GEN, he is accountable for ensuring the successful execution of projects across all operational facets of the business, Tom's leadership drives innovation and efficiency within GEN’s renewable energy initiatives, positioning the company as a key player in the industry.

ENGINEERING AND COMMISSIONING MANAGER

Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and brings 25 years of specialised engineering experience from General Motors. Now leading GEN's Engineering team, he oversees design, commissioning, and research and development efforts that drive innovation. Jason is committed to positioning GEN as a leader in microgrid and large-scale solar, BESS projects and green energy transition, leveraging his expertise in developing advanced engineering solutions to support these sustainable energy goals.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Aaron brings extensive experience in managing complex operations within the renewable energy sector. As Operations Manager at GEN, he oversees off-grid system delivery, development, project management, team leadership, procurement management, and Work Health and Safety oversight to ensure seamless and safe project delivery. His commitment to operational excellence and innovation helps position GEN at the forefront of delivering off grid brilliant energy solutions and large-scale solar, BESS and green energy initiatives.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

With 15 years in business development, Troy excels in driving growth through strategic sales, marketing, and contract management. He has track record of leading teams to deliver impactful strategies for clients in the Mining, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Construction sectors, demonstrating strong commercial insight and successful project execution.

Troy holds a Postgraduate Degree in Economics from Murdoch University, with additional studies in Business Economics at Technische Universität Dresden (Germany), and a Bachelor of Communications from Edith Cowan University.
